What makes your presentations and teaching different from all the others?

Can you truly answer this one question? Is it you? If it is you, why you? (Especially if I don’t know you personally!)
This should be clearly answered to a perfect stranger (why do we call them that? I’ve never met someone who is perfect.)
Hopefully part of your difference is your personal experience, and the results you have achieved.
Craig Valentine, 1999 World Champion I have this similar challenge as we roll out our brand new program: Own the Stage. Although our competition is ourselves! We already have so many programs out there that many people who know us already have. Creating this new program has been a year in the making, but consider this as an example to emulate. Craig and I are not the same speakers we were in 2002 when we launched the 6 CD Audio Set: Speaking Secrets of the Champions. We had never done a Get Coached to Speak Boot Camp in 2002. We have both been coached and been coaches since then. We have seen many speakers and helped them overcome common mistakes. We tried some methods that did not work, in order to figure out the process of transforming speakers quickly. Does that make sense?
Bottom line. The habits we had since 2002 changed us. We have grown immensely from the experience. What habits have grown you? And more importantly, what habits do you have NOW that will increase your value three years from now. Does that make sense?
Craig is in Orlando Coaching Speakers as I write this. I head to Boston in two weeks to coach some executives. We building even better habits.
