I Wish They’d Send Gifts, or at Least…

    By Darren | August 3, 2008

    Read the article.

This is too funny. I can’t tell you how many people are congratulating me on getting married! even though I did not. I wish they would send gifts.

Here is what happened. I just sent out a “Stage Time” newsletter today featuring a photo of me featured in a IMPROV Wedding Show: Nathan and Nina’s Comedy Wedding. I guess many people saw the photo, and never read the article. The real surprising part is in the photo I’m wearing the traditional Jewish yarmulka and I have hair!

Well, at least they opened it! I guess that is the first step, and they are nice enough to congratulate me!

Thank you everyone! I appreciate the sentiments and the laugh!

    Stage time,

PS Don’t anyone tell my mom! She’d be mad if she didn’t tell her!

I just read this & immediately thought: “Wow, does this show the importance of visuals in communication!”

Some people didn’t even read what you said, they just saw the picture and believed what they saw.

Others of us just KNEW you wouldn’t be getting married, Darren!

Just kidding! I’d've been first in line to congratulate you, if I weren’t so thorough.

See you in Calgary in 5 days!
