What is the best advice you got this year?

This past weekend, I was invited to speak at NSA NC. In the afternoon they had a great program about the best advice and tips from the national conference. Each person who attended got up and spoke for one to 2 minutes. I love their theme as well, “Use it on Monday.” There was some walk away gems.
Since I did not attend I asked if I could mention the three best bits of advice that impacted my speaking business this year. Want to know what they were? Check out the video and I’ll tell you!

Yes, pay off that debt and always completely pay off your credit cad purchases each month. We never, ever pay interest on our credit cards…ever!
After we paid off our debts we were able to really start investing in our future. Yes, your money SHOULD make more money than you do. (Well, this past week or so may be an exception.) That gives you options.
But pay off those cards! They are insidious.
This was a major factor in allowing me to “retire” at age 53.
You may not want to retire, but knowing you could, gives you options.
And that Life Quest conference call was outstanding.
