Dear Darren; A funny thing happened on the way to our Selling Retreat! A Comedian taught us how to: Sell with HUMOR! I wanted to thank you for being a part of our ERA Boston Retreat. WOW, are you a quick study! We didn't give you much time to familiarize yourself with the group and in no time you found the pulse. You gave us some great laughs at ourselves and what we do (especially Clark). More important than the "funny stuff" you taught us how to relieve the tension of our customers to gain their confidence. You could tell people wanted more of what you know by seeing them grab up your books and audio programs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to another real estate audience, or ANY group for that matter. You made me look good. All seriousness aside - THANKS,
