RE: Darren LaCroix Dear Chris: I can't thank you enough for recommending Darren LaCroix for our Northeast Region Franchise Meeting this past week. His performance after dinner Tuesday evening was a highlight of the two day meeting. Darren's flow chart presentation encompassing many of our hundreds of hotel acronyms was wildly funny. People continued to talk about the next morning over coffee. The customized humor that he prepared on such short notice is nothing short of heroic! As this was our second experience with Darren, the first being 3 years ago for an employee rally, I was confident he would be a hit. What was a surprise was how much Darren learned about our business and the meeting attendees in preparation for his performance. This knowledge is what made his performance so enjoyable.
