It is with great sadness that we announce that Dave Fitzgerald, one of the founders of The Humor Institute, passed away March 16, 2000. We are so thankful to have had Dave in our lives. We are grateful his healing attitude was captured on video. Many people talk about the importance of humor for healing. Dave was unique in that he actually could do it. Patients, nurses, and doctors laughed with him as he inspired them. Dave has been a great friend and an inspiration to many as he journeyed through his life. You will be missed, Dave.
